Force Friday II is in full swing, which means we are being treated to a new product line for Star Wars: The Last Jedi. A new BB unit was introduced as BB-9E. So whats the big deal? He will be teaming up with the dark side! Disney continues to deliver for the franchise and this undoubtedly will make Star Wars fans go nuts.
BB-9E is part of the “astromech unit of the Order that keeps their starship and machinery operational.” Meet the new BB unit in augmented reality on the Star Wars app by using the ‘finding the force’ pop up treasure hunt feature.
A New R2-D2 and 2nd generation BB-8 toy were introduced alongside BB-9E. These products are made by Sphero and are available this Friday (9/1) at participating stores.
